What is a cookie?

  • ‘Personalisation Cookies’: These are those that allow the user to access the service with some characteristics of a predefined general nature, depending on a series of criteria on the user’s terminal, such as for example, the language, the type of browser through which the service is accessed, the regional configuration from where the service is accessed, etc.
  • ‘Analysis Cookies’: These are those that allow the owner of the cookies to follow-up and analyse behaviour of the users of the websites to which they are linked. The information collected by these types of cookies is used in the measurement the activity on the websites, applications or platforms, and for elaborating user browser profiles of the aforementioned sites, applications and platforms, with the aim of introducing improvements in relation to usage data analysis regarding the users that make use of the service.
  • ‘Advertising Cookies’: These are those that allow the management, in the most effective way possible, of advertising spaces that, where applicable, the editor has included on the webpage, application or platform from which the requested service is provided, based on criteria such as the edited content or the frequency that the adverts are shown.
  • ‘Behavioural Advertising Cookies’: These are those that allow the management, in the most effective way possible, of advertising spaces that, where applicable, the editor has included on the webpage, application or platform from which the requested service is provided. These cookies store information on the behaviour of the user obtained through the continued observation of their browsing habits, that allow the development of a specific profile to show advertising based upon that profile.

    Purpose: This cookie is normally stored in the browser during the first visit to our website.
